Satyananda Yoga

Satyananda Yoga has been developed by Paramahansa Satyananda, a disciple of Swami Sivananda. This style of yoga combines practices such as asanas, meditations, bandhas, mudras, visualisations and kriyas to awaken and redistriubte energy and increase our awareness and intelligence.

Satyananda's knowledge of the ancient tantric practices form the basis of elements such as yoga nidra which has been modified by Sw. Satyananda to make it more accessible for modern day use. This is a systematic process of awakening and is suitable for all, whatever age, your beliefs, or your race. All it needs is a willingness to experience and be open to yoga
