Join us for a great holiday with daily Astanga Vinyasa yoga and salsa classes (except on transfer days). We recommend some yoga experience for the yoga sessions. The salsa classes are open to all who want to give it a go.
Our daily schedule allows you the freedom to explore and enjoy the surrounding beautiful countryside and little towns of the Lotregion. Go on your own or come along on one of our optional excursions. We will be organising visits to a typical french market, a local vineyard, nearby grottos and of course you must have an experience of a local restaurant and visit nearby small town Cahors.
Norberto is a gifted and inspiring salsa teacher who has taught in Cuba, France and the Netherlands. We are very lucky to have him here. He has worked as a soloist for 10 years at the Music & Dance Academy of Santiago of Cuba and has organised many international festivals. Not to be missed and a sure way to loosen up your hips!
