A delicious and funky combo of two spicy specialities; dip into Ashtanga yoga mornings with Nawajyoti and breeze through Salsa afternoons with Norberto (don’t worry there'll still be plenty of beach time!)

Nawajyoti’s expansive knowledge traverses Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar and Kundalini Yoga. Having taught yoga for 18 years, throughout the UK as well as abroad, she will empower you both on and off the mat. Her deep understanding of yoga and its traditional practice as well as her humble nature will make this a special and rewarding weeks yoga.

Noberto will be adding to the fun, with his infectious salsa dancing. Coming from a family of dancers, he has organised and choreographed many shows. His professional teaching as well his Cuban enthusiasm and a profound love for salsa will help even the most reluctant of dancers open their hips and hearts the fun Latino way.
