Nawajyoti has been a senior facilitator for over 10 years with Union Yoga Training. She has now developed her own teacher training course under the auspices of Union Yoga UK, called Yogashines. This course is a hands-on practical training and differs in several aspects from the traditional Union Yoga training. More emphasis is placed on using yoga therapy as a therapeutic tool. Yogashines aims to develop your skills as a yoga teacher to assist each individual student to reach their own true potential.
Two 8 day intensives will be held at the Sarria YogAsana Centre in
Barcelona.
Apr 21-28- Introduction
Oct 6-13 - Certification

The first 8 days will introduce you to the various aspects of Yogashines. You will then have 5 months to absorb this information and put your understanding into practice by preparing case studies, and starting to build your own Yogashines. The following 8 days in October will help you to continue developing your Yogashines and deepen your understanding of yoga therapy. This week is also the certification week. The Yogashines course is a 200 hour certified course.
